I've had my first short vacation with my mistress, master and hobbit and now I know that Italy is beautiful and very warm. About the sea didn't work out at first, because dogs weren't allowed to go to the beach, but my mistress promised me that when we go next time, I can definitely go to the sea with me. At the moment I have a dog paddling pool in the garden - it's also really fun! My friend Carlos, you remember - the one with the fat head in the picture from my last column - has now been visiting our house for two weeks. His can openers were on vacation and because they flew on the plane, Carlos was with me! We had fun every day, because we bulldogs play very wildly with each other and actually don't know any end - sometimes our mistress was really mad at us ... We used to run in the forest every day and whoever still claims that we bulldogs are lazy and unsportsmanlike, he should have seen us jogging, we’ll take it easy! But the boss also says that I'm more of a “sports model” among the Bulldogs because my longer nose allows me to breathe much better than many of my colleagues. Now we're about to start our big vacation and I can go there all alone with my two bosses, my buddy Hobbit goes to Tauchersreuth for the summer retreat because it's too warm in Croatia, he's already an older man and needs a bit of care. Then I'm looking forward to the beach vacation. - Are there bikinis for bulldog girls, in pink or something? 3 August 2012 Editorial The Schwaig local water watch group is a strong team. Good spirits at Birkensee - but not just bathing or showering there? In other words: does August still bring us bathing weather, or does nature keep us standing in the rain? Even the active members of the Schwaig local water rescue group cannot say that. You are ready to assist the bathers at Birkensee in need. If there are any. The water rescue and medical service at Birkensee southeast of Schwaig is an important task for the youngest Red Cross community in the district of Nürnberger Land, which takes on 60 percent of all services there. The Schwaig local water rescue group was launched on February 8, 1993. Nadine Besold - born 24 years ago in Schwaig - has been chairman for three years. She has always felt at home in the water, and when she was ten she joined the water watch. The bad clichés are ancient, but cannot be completely eradicated: water guards wait for someone to go under, in order - even if their desperately rowing arms have disappeared in the cloudy water - to jump after them, to tear the bundle of misery from almost certain death and then themselves present in heroic pose. All rubbish. The new generation of water rescue workers learn that in Germany more than 400 people die from drowning every year. They are often observed by bathers without realizing the seriousness of the situation. Because contrary to the assumption that drowning people want to draw attention to themselves by loud screaming and waving, exactly the opposite happens: "Drowning doesn't look like drowning - no panicked kicking, no screams," explain the instructors. Nadine Besold has never experienced such an emergency - and is not keen on it at all. But she knows what to do then. The volunteers of the water rescue service are ready - and very well trained - to save people from mortal danger. Most of the time, however, their help is needed for circulatory problems or everyday injuries, for example if someone has been kicked in a broken glass, stung by a wasp or fallen from a bicycle. The Schwaiger Wasserwacht currently has 113 members: 30 active, 35 young (ten to 15 year olds) and 48 passive. The young, who are introduced to their future tasks in an entertaining way, come mainly from the community, the others from the whole district and Nuremberg. Word gets around that the Schwaiger Wasserwacht is a lively group that responsibly fulfills important tasks, but also cultivates good camaraderie. During the holiday program in August, she provides amusement in the indoor pool. At the Schwaiger Schlossfest she takes on the medical service. Far from the water? Let's see what heaven does. 4 August 2012 From the town hall RückersdorfMit The practice of publicly disruptive house and garden work is only allowed in the area of the community of Rückersdorf: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Housekeeping that disrupts the quiet is all noisy work that usually occurs in the house to take care of the household, even if it is carried out outside the home (e.g. in the courtyard or garden) that is likely to disturb the public quiet, i.e. the public's quiet . Noise-making work particularly includes knocking out carpets, upholstered furniture, blankets, beds and other utensils, hammering, sawing or chopping wood. Peaceful garden work is the noisy work that usually occurs in gardens or green spaces, which is suitable for disturbing the public tranquility, i.e. the tranquility of the general public. Noise-making work is particularly so when gardening tools (e.g. lawn mowers) with motors are used. Wiesner 1st Mayor Consideration is required Restriction of house and garden work that disrupts peace and quiet Again and again complaints are loud that overhanging trees, bushes and hedges impede or even endanger vehicle traffic as well as pedestrian and bicycle traffic. According to the Road Traffic Act, the clearance profile in the road area must be at least 4.25 meters. Hedges are to be cut back to the property line. We hereby again urgently appeal to all property owners affected to cut their trees, hedges and bushes back to the property line in order to keep the clearance profile above the public street space free of vegetation. We refer to Section 910 of the German Civil Code as well as Article 29 of the Bavarian Roads and Roads Act and draw your attention to the fact that property owners are responsible for any damage to property (e.g. vehicles) or people caused by these trees / bushes can be held liable. In the interest of all road users, but also especially in your own interest, we ask all those affected to take this request seriously and to comply with it. Wiesner 1st Mayor Cut back trees, hedges and bushes! Editorial deadline for the September issue: Monday, August 13, 2012 for the submission of the contributions in the Rückersdorf town hall. Announcement of the results of the demand survey to determine the necessary childcare places 1. Mayor Wiesner presented the municipal council with a demand survey to determine the necessary childcare places. Although he does not consider this survey to be very meaningful because the response was too low in some cases, he assumes that the municipality of Rückersdorf needs more childcare places for children under the age of three. He left it open whether this would be in the form of another group in a day nursery or whether it would be childcare. He believed that both options should be explored. He therefore suggested carefully examining the funding conditions for an expansion of the day nursery, but also the willingness to take over care by day mothers. This willingness should be queried in one of the next newsletters. The local council agreed to this procedure. Recognition of the needs of the day-care facilities for the operating year 2012/2013 The municipal council recognized the needs of the day-care facilities for the coming year of operation. 1. Mayor Wiesner explained that there were no changes compared to the previous year. Only the places in the BRK after-school care center have been slightly increased. Handling of construction matters The municipal council approves the construction of a new semi-detached house in the Hirschenau with four votes against. It was disputed whether an exemption from the development plan with regard to the front building limit can be granted. 1. Mayor Wiesner pointed out that the neighboring house was also built beyond this limit and therefore this project cannot be refused. Not all local councils could agree with this argument. An application for exemption from the enclosure statute in the area of the main road was partially approved. The applicant was allowed to build the fencing in the area of the terrace in a closed version, but the prerequisite is that the affected neighbor agrees. However, the rest of the enclosure must be built in accordance with the provisions of the statutes. Another application for the construction of a fence in the report on the council meeting of May 24, 2012 Hirschenau was approved. Here the applicants intend to set the fence back from the property line and plant a thuja hedge in front of it. The additional exemption from the development plan required for this was also granted. On the other hand, an application for a preliminary decision on the development of a plot of land at Am Buck was unanimously rejected. The applicant intends to build a single-family house in the 2nd row. 1. Mayor Wiesner explained that the question of access has not been clarified, as the neighbor only agrees to a necessary land assignment under certain conditions. Since the project lacks the necessary development, it has to be rejected. Advice on the enactment of a so-called freedom of information statute 1. Mayor Wiesner explained that the enactment of such a statute was suggested a few years ago. At that time, however, there was no need to enact them. There is now a request from the Pirate Party to the District Office. This is an opportunity to reconsider the decision made at the time. He personally saw no need to adopt the statutes, since most of it is already regulated in special norms. Since the model statute only provides for use by residents of the municipality and the municipality can charge a reimbursement of expenses for its expenses, he estimates the practical importance to be rather low. That this is seen in a similar way by other Bavarian municipalities can be seen from the fact that so far only 35 municipalities in all of Bavaria have seen a need for their enactment. The municipal council followed his argument and rejected the adoption of these statutes with one vote against. Advice on support for the “Train of Remembrance” project Due to a request from a co-initiator of the “Train of Remembrance” project, the local council decided to support it in the form of writing to the highest decision-makers with the intention of working towards ensuring that for the use of the tracks and stations as a result of this project no longer requires high user fees from Deutsche Bahn AG.
From the town hall Rückersdorf August 5, 2012 Drop-in times for the glass containers: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Throwing into the container is prohibited on Sundays and public holidays! All Rückersdorfer citizens who use the waste glass containers are called upon to adhere to the aforementioned times. Throwing used glass into the containers set up. Determination of certain times. The municipality of Rückersdorf points out that according to §§ 4 to 8 of the ordinance on keeping public roads clean and securing the walkways in winter for public roads and sidewalks in the municipality has a cleaning obligation for those in front and, if necessary, behind. After that, the corresponding areas and the drainage channels must be swept regularly, but at least once a month on the first Friday or Saturday, and other rubbish must be removed. If the cleaning day falls on a public holiday, the work must be carried out on the previous working day. As part of the cleaning work, the area to be cleaned must also be freed of grass and weeds, as far as it grows from cracks and cracks in the road body including the drainage channels (see statutes at: www. Rueckersdorf. De / Rathaus / virtual town hall / local law). Anyone who does not or only negligently fulfills their duty to clean can be fined in accordance with Section 13 of the Ordinance. Please therefore comply with your cleaning obligation. You also ensure cleanliness and tidiness and make a significant contribution to ensuring that our beautiful place gives a clean and neat impression. Keeping public roads and sidewalks clean. Dr. Like his wife, Lutz was born in Graz (Austria). After six years of military service, he also studied there. In 1952 the young couple moved to Nuremberg, where the jubilee worked in the Nuremberg machine and apparatus factory of the Siemens company, developing electrical machines, later in a managerial position. In 1973 the family found their second home in Rückersdorf and they both feel very comfortable here, like Dr. Lutz expressly confirmed. Dr. Lutz supported his wife as much as possible in many lectures in which she interpreted works by Goethe at the Old Academy in Nuremberg as well as in private circles and on other occasions. As one could experience at the birthday party, poetry is always present in the Lutz house, because both Dr. Lutz and one of his neighbors used their poetic freedoms to the delight of the guests who appeared. He was also pleased that last year he was able to publish a book entitled “My most beautiful puzzles with tips and solutions”. Poetry and writing seem to be the trademarks of the Lutz family, as two daughters, who both have doctorates, have also made a name for themselves as authors. Numerous neighbors, friends and acquaintances came to the birthday party. Likewise 1st Mayor Peter Wiesner, who brought the congratulations of the community and presented a flower greeting and a gift basket. Still author with 90 photo: Gerd Hirschmann

"We ate empty our plates and drank jugs," joked a Kirwa fan in view of the unbelievable luck with the weather. This July, which looked like a capricious April, it was almost a miracle that none of the highlights fell into the water. Perhaps the pastor had put in a good word "upstairs" ... The pastor, whose real name was Heinrich Tauber, will be in conversation for a long time. On August 5th, he will be officially adopted at 5 p.m. in St. George's Church. He leaves Rückersdorf after around five years of service. His appearance at the wheelbarrow race on the last day of Kirwa had a certain symbolism: the very casual - and precisely because of this, popular with young people - clergyman appeared in front of the audience as a stout "Faith nix" in Obelix costume. And in front of a television team from Bayerischer Rundfunk, who wants to broadcast a five-and-a-half-minute report on the special Rückersdorfer parish fair tradition on September 15th. For many, this appearance by the clergyman (together with a “poor church mouse” made of plush) was the “highlight” of this year's parish fair, which also offered many other attractions. Several times, a cozy convoy of Kirwa people slowed down the hectic traffic on the B 14 - with official blessings and police protection, of course. Rückersdorf is a typical street village, the children are already learning. Therefore, the main road, alias Bundesstrasse, is an important part of the local history, which is included in such traditional events. From the tapping of the beer by Mayor Peter Wiesner, to setting up trees and driving an express car to the unique wheelbarrow race, the parish fair in 2012 was a successful event. Rückersdorfer Kirchentermine 9August 2012 Every work of art was guaranteed to be unique: At the parish day of the Evangelical Lutheran parish of Rückersdorf, young and old were allowed to be really creative. Anyone could splash paint on inconspicuous wooden panels, which were then put into an old spin dryer. This resulted in extremely individual works that served as puzzle pieces for a church. The campaign also showed that a living church consists of many building blocks - in everyday life and especially at such a festival. From the hardworking hands at the grill to singers of different styles and age groups to the craft group, many people showed how they fill the community with life. The festival opened with a service that children and young people helped to shape. The presence of the fire brigade with a fire engine in front of the community center on Steinbruchweg also fit the topic of “light a fire”. Next door on the grounds of the forest school, the youngsters could play football. The political community was by 2.Mayor Heidrun Kaltenhäuser is represented, the Catholic community is represented by Pastor Gerhard Schwarzmann. 10 August 2012 News from the clubs With For the first time during the Whitsun holidays, the tennis department of TSV Rückersdorf offered an active care program on its beautiful facility for children aged five to ten years. Tennis assistant Verena Krapf conducted a four-day tennis course in both weeks, during which the children were introduced to the game of tennis with a lot of fun. Every day she received support from club trainers for one hour each, in order to enable differentiation within the group. After a warm lunch from the sports club home, it was time to try out many more ball games in the game hour afterwards: cricket, table tennis, boccia ... This great offer will also be repeated in the summer holidays. In order to be able to meet the many requests, Jonas Kisskalt, Stefanie Ahlich and Verena Krapf (all three tennis assistants) are alternately available. If you are interested (of course also for non-tennis children) there is information on this at krapf. mo @ t-online. de. Among the guests: 2nd mayor Kaltenhäuser as well as the councilors Amm, Hess and Sponsel and the councilors Ballas, Weinert and Kurzmann with their wife. Also among the festival visitors were the senior citizens and disability officer Hanik, Ms. Tauber and the 1st chairman of residential property, Mr. Stark. As always, the guests were treated to a variety of specialties. Homemade cakes, steaks, shashlik, sausages, sardine and salmon rolls and waved fish were on offer. The little visitors were also thought of. They were looked after and entertained with various games. Brigitte Lutz on the electronic organ once again framed the festival musically. The evening ended with the traditional raffle, which consisted of a wide range of prizes. Summer fair in the BRK kindergarten BRK-KiGa summer festival The motto of the festival was “Fair”, which ran consistently through the entire program. The guests were offered everything from a children's carousel, a lottery booth, a puppet theater and can throwing to funfair performances. In the official part, the children danced, sang and acted for their parents and local celebrities, including 2nd Mayor Kaltenhäuser and the kindergarten's founding mother, Ms. Auer. Later they were allowed to take part in a soccer tournament and shop and play to their hearts' content in the many stalls. Of course, various culinary delicacies from grilled food to wok dishes to coffee and cake were also provided for the physical well-being of the guests. Another highlight of the afternoon was the inauguration of the new awning donated by ERGO Direkt Versicherungen. The crowning glory of the thoroughly successful afternoon was the mutual ballooning in front of the forest school.
Young Rückersdorf 11August 2012 Neunkirchener KultureckeRückersdorfer Kulturecke The tree nursery Bräunlein in Rückersdorf showed again and again a heart and willingness to take over the costs when it came to the children of the forest school. The company is currently sponsoring workbooks for third and fourth graders on the subject of “First Aid for Children”, which have been newly published by the ADAC (see photo). There is also something left for the first graders in the tree nursery. The flower decorations for school enrollment have always been donated in recent years and the tradition of sunflowers for school beginners was made possible every time by assuming the costs. Every child receives a flower pot with sunflower seeds when they register for school. If the future Abc-Sagittarius sows the seeds and takes good care of them, a flower should grow by the first day of school. The forest school Rückersdorf would like to thank you very much for the constant generous support of many campaigns. Generous sponsor for the forest school The Rückersdorf Institute for the Blind was very lucky with “Art & Culture am Dachsberg” at the end of June: It was able to celebrate the vernissage with unusual sculptures by Reiner Zitta and a fun and entertaining performance by the “Frankenbänd” in the mild summer air. Reiner Zitta from Pühlheim near Altdorf knows how to create interesting art objects with things that other people throw away. “Behind art & culture on the Dachsberg with Reiner Zitta and the Frankenbänd Hinter mein Häusla… Reiner Zitta (left) in front of the“ tree-trunk table of the weird kind ”, which he built in honor of a cherry queen. Culture maker Rudi Lacher and Mechthild Gahbler, director of the Institute for the Blind, found that the work of art appealed to a wide variety of senses: the fresh cherries were a treat for the palate. Photo: Thomas Kohl At an anniversary concert on June 28, 2012, representatives of the university and organizer Jürgen Harries in Rückersdorf celebrated the tenth anniversary of the concert series “Music in Barn and Chapel”. Right from the start, the Nuremberg University of Music and its predecessor institution were an integral part of this initiative. In changing venues - chapel, barn, church, school - young artists are offered a podium to demonstrate their skills in front of an audience. At the same time, my Häusla benefit… ”is the motto of his exhibition. That is actually the title of a song by the “Frankenbänd”, but it also goes perfectly with Zitta's sculptures. They were mostly made from materials that are often slumbering in hidden nooks and crannies of otherwise tidy-looking properties. Zitta gives the stuff a new life - as a work of art. Sometimes he designs the sculptures alone, sometimes together with other people. The exhibition on the Dachsberg mainly shows collective works in which people with disabilities were able to contribute their creative abilities. The Frankenbänd poked fun at the (in) nature of the local indigenous population in an entertaining way. It's about lifestyle and eating habits, about the world horizon of this special human species and of course about the Glubb (High German: 1. FCN). In short, when the Franconia is doing well, it is satisfied and basically harmless. He doesn't need much to be happy - but woe if he doesn't! Thomas Kohl Ten years of music in the barn and chapel Anniversary concert on June 28th, extra-urban areas from the cultural offerings very close to you. The legal basis for this is the Bavarian Road and Road Act. In the area of sidewalks, the branches and twigs are to be cut back to a clear height of at least 2.50 meters and in the area of roadways to a clear height of at least 4.50 meters. In addition, the view at crossroads and junctions as well as traffic signs and the lighting effect of street lamps must not be impaired or restricted by such plantings. Since many property owners meet this obligation only very poorly, this is pointed out. In the interest of safe use of public traffic areas, the property owners concerned are asked to fulfill the existing obligations in the future. In this context, it is also important to note that the owner is liable for property damage and personal injury caused by branches and twigs protruding into the public traffic area. People with disabilities and their associations have been demanding changes to the conspicuous, often perceived as discriminatory ID card for years. There were signature campaigns, petitions and conversations over and over again. With the decision to switch, the Federal Council also fulfills a requirement of the action plan for the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. It says that the handicapped ID card should be more user-friendly. The old paper ID remains valid until the expiry date. The application for the new format is initially voluntary. This means that the builder can save himself the additional administrative procedure to the land surveying office. Cadastral excerpts, which are required for the production of a building template, can be called up in the building office of the municipal administration from the Internet and then passed on directly to the citizen. 14 August 2012 Schwaiger BürgerserviceMit In November 2011, as reported, a meeting took place in Schwaig Castle under the patronage of Diakonie Schwaig to organize neighborhood help in the community. Discreet and unbureaucratic, it should be ensured that small worries and hardships do not turn into big problems. A structure developed that quickly led to a result. A founding team with the participation of the municipality, the churches and AGENDA 21, as well as the financial support from the local parties, the associations and the VR Bank, enabled a good start. In the meantime, around 20 volunteers have volunteered to work with those looking for help. Inge Strobel and Ursula Roth can be reached on 0911/742 75 84, listen to the matter, decide what to do and coordinate by telephone or in person the referral of those in need to a helper during the lunchtime and evening hours Avoid seasonal complaints about disturbing noise from house and garden work in the midday and evening hours. In this context, the demand for an ordinance on the temporal limitation of house and garden work that disrupts peace and quiet, which largely restricts the legally free room for maneuver, is raised. In the past, the municipality deliberately refrained from issuing such an ordinance. Rather, it takes the view that at a time when the individual is already being restricted or regulated to a large extent by corresponding laws, an attempt should be made to get along without additional restrictions. For this reason, citizens should show their understanding of their own accord and use the leeway they have given considerately and sensibly. You are therefore asked to avoid house and garden work that disrupts peace and quiet, and from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Such behavior not only contributes to a good neighborly relationship, but also makes a contribution to improving our environment, which is characterized by noise and stress. House and garden work that disrupts the peace and quiet Neighborhood Help Schwaig / Behringersdorf We are ready for action! Group picture of the volunteer neighborhood helpers Schwaig / Behringersdorf is best suited for the task. The helpers met for the first time in mid-May to get to know each other and to find out more about the development status of the project. Looking back over the past six months, those involved found that the inquiries from those seeking help were still somewhat cautious. Older citizens in particular are very reluctant to seek help, even though the involvement of those involved is done discreetly and without naming a third party. It was also recognized that the work of neighborhood aid is not yet well known in Schwaig and Behringersdorf. It was therefore decided to design a new flyer and to resume distribution in the local churches, in the town hall, in the libraries, pharmacies and medical practices. It is important for everyone to recognize that neighborhood help is not only intended for old people, but that young families can also contact them if support is needed in an emergency. First and foremost, neighborhood help is intended to alleviate short-term emergency situations - regardless of age, religion and nationality. Examples of this are: running errands, providing support for visits to the doctor, shopping or visits to the authorities, entertainment or reading aloud e.g. B. also with temporarily bedridden, babysitting, little help with difficulties in the house and garden, delivery service for books and magazines or simply being there to entertain when relatives or friends are missing. Such a meeting of helpers will certainly be repeated again, because all participants felt very comfortable among like-minded people and exchanged experiences and ideas during the cozy part of the evening. Bernd Bartels Dear Parents, The first day of school for those starting school begins on Thursday, September 13, 2012 with an ecumenical service. Children and parents meet at 9:15 a.m. at the Protestant Maria Magdalena Church. After the service everyone goes to school together. The first day of class closes at 11:15 a.m. For children in the second to fourth grades, lessons begin on Thursday, September 13th at 8:00 am and end at 11:15 am. The service will take place on Friday, September 14th at 10:15 am in the Protestant Maria Magdalena Church. Vera Zippe, headmistress of elementary school Behringersdorf, elementary school 2012/13 school year, first day of school Dear parents, dear children, Seven weeks of summer vacation can be very long (sometimes) if you only have to spend it at home. For over 40 years we have therefore been offering leisure activities that focus on discovery, experience and understanding as much as relaxation and fun. Social behavior, experiencing community, international understanding, ecology and environmental protection are the defining terms of our holiday measure. In particular, the conscious experience of the environment and nature and their need for protection are the focus of our travel offer. But also partying and laughing, mountaineering and traveling are components of our recreational measure. In short, the children should come home relaxed and, above all, enriched. Qualified care is ensured by responsible young people who are optimally prepared for all possible problems and worries. The companions of our children's group will always be trustworthy and friendly partners for all children. The location of the house: The small mountain village of Vals - 1400 meters high - is located in a beautiful side valley of the Puster Valley. With its beautiful surroundings and its favorable climate, Vals offers the best opportunities for recreation and leisure. The children are accommodated in 3-bed rooms (some with a balcony) at the “Hofer-Hof”. Hikes and excursions to Lake Kaltern with swimming and pedal boating contribute to a special holiday experience. Other program items include mountain hiking, overnight stays in the Brixner mountain hut, theater and sporting activities. The measure costs around 410 euros for 14 days. 16 August 2012 Inform the Schwaiger associationsWith the ladies of the women's union "Unteres Pegnitztal" (FU) at the police headquarters in Middle Franconia recently got an overview of the diverse tasks of our police. The ladies (and one gentleman) received competent first-hand information from the police chief, Johann Rast, personally and from police chief inspector Horst Hirt. The interested parties learned that the Police Headquarters Middle Franconia (PP) employs around 4200 civil servants and around 800 collective bargaining employees. However, the job of police officer is apparently not so popular with women, as the proportion here is just 713 women officers, although they are fully accepted like all other colleagues. Afterwards, those present received a ÜberFU at the Police Headquarters Middle Franconia in Nuremberg by means of an organizational chart. Politicians are often said that joy and sorrow are just popular catchphrases for them. Fritz Körber from Behringersdorf, district councilor and former mayor of his home town of Schwaig, is someone who has known both since childhood and is committed to helping those in need. His social commitment to Kharkiv in Ukraine is well known. In Kosovo he now had an experience that got under his skin and spurred him on to new deeds."One of the happiest days of his life" was recently meeting a family in Kosovo, whose fate he has accompanied for many years, says the 72-year-old social democrat. About a dozen years ago, two special trains with traumatized women and children from Kosovo arrived in Nuremberg. The war refugees were supposed to find temporary accommodation in the Grundig high-rise buildings. As a social welfare worker, Körber was responsible for their admission. In the queue stood a young woman with eight children, four of her own and four of her sister-in-law. In addition, the grandma. “The smallest child,“ One of the happiest days of his life ”looks at the organization and the individual departments of the police as well as the frequency of criminal offenses. Unfortunately, 2011 saw an increase in total criminal offenses for the first time, but this is put into perspective when compared to the figures from the last ten years and has increased slightly by 0.7% compared to the previous year. Significant increases in the number of burglaries and bicycle thefts were recorded, while offenses in the area of property damage decreased. After this theoretical introduction, we first went to the management staff room, where the manager, Mr. Wolf, gave an insight into the processing and frequency of incoming emergency calls as well as the operations. With the help of a presentation, he demonstrated the frequency of the police inspections in Lauf and Hersbruck, which increased in comparison in 2010/2011. He also pointed out the use of media (cameras) to e.g. B. to support operations, to be able to control the traffic more specifically or to secure objects. The guests were then able to get an idea of the use of this media and incoming emergency calls in the operations center, and they also got an insight into the qualification levels and the corresponding badges of the officers. It was difficult for the FU to break away from the police headquarters and the chairwoman, Siegrid Winter, thanked the police president and his colleagues for this extremely interesting tour, which will definitely be fondly remembered by the FU “Unteres Pegnitztal”. cried bitterly. The mother withdrew to a corner and gave him the breast, ”recalls Fritz Körber. The situation got to his soul. “When the woman wanted to join the waiting line again, there was a crowd and unrest. I told her to go to her room and come back the next morning. Then she also gets money, ”says Körber. The next day she was the first. Her tension had eased somewhat. “When she got the money, I saw her smile for the first time,” recalls the social welfare worker at the time. “Outside in the aisle, I gave her a hundred of mine personally,” says Körber. He will never forget the glow on the woman's face. Aysha Kadriu, that's the name of the woman, was soon relocated with the children and grandma to Puschendorf, then to Herzogenaurach. Körber's contact with them remained even after the elderly woman returned home with her sister-in-law's four children. Then something heart-softening happened: Asysha found her husband Ismael in Regensburg, who had fled from the approaching Serbs. The fifth child was finally born in Erlangen. The young family returned to Kosovo after the end of the war. Happy reunion with helpers from the Pegnitz Valley: Aysha Kadriu (3rd from left) and her family with Fritz Körber (2nd from left) and Kurt Bauer (4th from right) Photos: Private With modest means, the Kadriu family created a smallholder existence - and in their hometown of Vushtria they were faced with a heap of rubble. Her house was shot up, uninhabitable. Fritz Körber responded to their calls for help and kept sending them money. For this he received a lot of thanks from Kosovo and a dark quartz stone, which he cherishes: “It was the only thing with which the family could show their appreciation. “With 200 euros from Behringersdorf, the family created a modest farming existence: They bought a cow and built it a simple stable. Having one's own roof over one's head has long been an unfinished dream. “Please, please, don't forget us,” was the message to Franconia. As an emergency helper, Körber brought a friend on board: Kurt Bauer, chairman of Naturfreunde Lauf and tax officer. “He was chosen to improve the tax authorities in Kosovo,” says Körber. Because tax officials in the very far-away duty also have free time that they should use sensibly, Körber recommended that his spouse take care of the young family. Unbureaucratic help got under way: "I told him: You can give them money, you can get it back from me!" The contacts became increasingly lively. Fritz Körber heard from his friend that the young family would like to see him again, but unfortunately that couldn't be done. Hmm A plan matured. When Kurt Bauer recently drove to the family with two interpreters, the rear of the car was strangely low. Crouched in the back seat, Fritz Körber heard the Kadriu family looking forward to Bauer's visit. Then he got out himself. “The joy was incredible. Aysha Kadriu said: I don't know if I'm going to pass out. “The young family proudly showed what they have built up in the meantime. Three cows! And a modest home that offers a certain protection, even if everyone slept in the kitchen together in winter because it is the only room that can be heated. Friendliness and gratitude were overwhelming, says Fritz Körber. Then something like a lottery win came for the hard-working family. Körber gave her a thousand euros, including the 640 that he had received when he was awarded the Georg von Vollmar Medal. The joy was indescribable. Körber puts it this way: “It was one of my happiest moments - that I was able to help people with the money I received when I was honored. In my whole life I've never been so happy to give away a thousand euros! ”When the discussion about Körber's relief campaign came up in a restaurant, the waiter said to him:“ Allah bless you! ”That got under his skin like rarely something, says the Behringersdorfer. The audience was neither deterred by the humid temperatures nor by the numerous other cultural and social events in the region and many of them accepted the invitation to the concert. The newly elected chairwoman of the Schwaig choir community, Erika Lechner, was delighted to be able to welcome the audience to a concert evening for the Schwaig choir community for the first time. The beautiful compositions, mostly from the pen of Franz Schubert, enchanted many a listener and created space to dream. There were wistful tunes like “The Miller's Flowers” or the melancholy of the “Silver Moon”. The conclusion was formed by the popular “capricious trout” in well-known melodies by great masters such as Mozart, Wagner and, last but not least, furious Franz Liszt. As usual, Peter Großhennig led through the evening in a confident and sensitive manner, who underlined the special atmosphere of the evening with contemplative texts by great poets. The school choir of the Schwaig elementary school received well-deserved applause. The funny songs about the millipede as well as the dog and carp were performed with enthusiasm and joy by the children. Josef Laußer, who leads both choirs and was responsible for the overall direction of the concert, supported his singers with his precise conducting. The concert was accompanied with virtuosity by Andreas Rüsing, who has also made a name for himself as a composer of various musicals. Outlook Hard to believe, but rehearsals for our big Christmas concert are already starting. This time the Saint-Seans Christmas Oratorio will be performed. Please make a note of Sunday, December 9, 2012 in your calendar now. Incidentally, now would be the right time to actively join our choir as a singer. Just come by for a choir rehearsal. Every Monday at 7.30 p.m. in the parish hall of St. Paul, Moritzbergstrasse in Schwaig. And then sing along to the concert in December, that would be something, wouldn't it? The women's group “Molly Malones”, led by Jutta Schütte, also meets on Mondays in the parish hall of St. Paul; Start: 6.30 p.m. Rock-Pop Choir Our young and young-at-heart singers have to be patient a little longer, we won't start our program again until after the summer break. You can find out more from Sepp Laußer on 0911 539 1957. On behalf of the Schwaig choir community, we wish you a nice summer and a relaxing holiday. Petra Kierner Chorgemeinschaft Schwaig e. V. Songs of a summer night is what the long-established citizens of Behringersdorf say about the annual parish fair. This time, the pretty dirndls and traditional costumes of the Behringersdorf home and folk costume association stayed dry for the 2012 parish fair. With maximum concentration, you went from the traditional costume home to the wooden grandstand on the Kirchweihplatz. After the address of our mayor, we performed some folk, platter and home dances with accompanying music and thus also contributed a successful part to this year's church fair kick-off. Folk costume association Behringersdorf Regnen does it every now and then. . . On June 12, 2012, our annual general meeting took place in our Schützenstube, in accordance with our statutes. The following items were on the agenda: the annual reports of the 1st and 2nd rifle champions, annual report of the sports warden, report of the gun warden, discharge of the marksman’s office and new elections. The meeting went smoothly and there were 16 members present who unanimously approved the board of directors. The new elections took place by show of hands and the previous board was unanimously re-elected. At this meeting it was decided to announce the invitation to the royal shooting and the celebration, the invitation to the Christmas shooting and the annual general meeting only in the newsletter, on the notice board and on the Internet. At the annual general meeting, our firecracker manager Renate Grünewald donated a challenge cup to mark the 20th anniversary of our firecrackers department. We held a small competition to determine a cup winner. 1st winner was Dietmar Grünewald, 2nd Bernhard Tober and 3rd Sabine Schultes. Our warmest congratulations. Congratulations for our 2nd marksman Bernhard Tober. He got married and has been the proud father of a daughter since August 26, 2011. Our firecrackers group is very active again this year. We roar at church fairs, city festivals and at the flower festival in Röthenbach. It started with the parish fair in Behringersdorf, then the town festival in Röthenbach, where the picture with the gunmen on the roof of the Sparkasse was also taken. Then there is the parish fair in Rückersdorf, in Renzenhof and Schwaig. Three shots are fired everywhere and the church consecrations are loudly opened. Our firecrackers group has existed for 20 years. We are proud to be able to cultivate these customs and are pleased that the population welcomes us and enthusiastically follows our actions. The problem, as probably in any club, is the offspring. We try again and again to attract young people from the age of 12 to our club. But almost nobody gets stuck, because we have calm, discipline, concentration, attention and ambition at the shooting range. These are things that are actually very important at this age and also very valuable for the future. So you girls and boys from the age of 12, take a look around us, we are with us at the shooting range every Tuesday from 7.30 p.m. Shooting times on the shooting range in the sports center Tuesday from 7.30 p.m. for air rifle shooting, Wednesday from 7.30 p.m. for small and large caliber - Paul Malm Schützengilde Schwaig reports firecracker group at the shooting in Röthenbach We would like to thank the accompanying music and especially all of our comrades for participating in the dances.

The subjects of death, mourning and dying are seldom addressed directly in our society. Anyone who is suddenly confronted with it seems to immediately think of their own death or that of their relatives and friends. This is so because the very thought of the end of our life represents a large projection screen for our very own fears. So the topic is avoided and the confrontation with fear of loss and grief postponed indefinitely. However, when an emergency occurs, many people have forgotten how to deal with the feeling of sadness. It is a deeply human impulse, an emotion that should find expression without false shame and can only be processed together. So it would be good not to allow this taboo in the first place. An open conversation with family and friends can help to get to know the ideas and feelings of the other. Those who seriously deal with the things that affect death, will find out what they want for themselves, and one day will not have to leave these decisions to others. Better still: Those who know the wishes of the other can one day settle the affairs of the deceased free of doubts and uncertainties and take a personal, individually designed farewell. After two years of intensive preparatory work by the six-person environmental team, a strategy paper was drawn up which, under the motto “Preservation of Creation”, lays down concrete measures for saving energy in the parish. The "Green Gockel" is the modified EMAS environmental management system especially for parishes and church institutions. During the preparation time, all issues of the parish were examined, energy consumption recorded and suggestions for improvement worked out. These must now be implemented consistently in the months and years to come. The Thomaskirche wants to be a role model in environmental matters for its parishioners and encourage them to participate. The “Pfiffikus” kindergarten and the “Entdecker” house are now becoming our new “Blickwinkel” daycare center. much! We moved into our new domicile in Tuchergartenstrasse with many hard-working helpers. 10 The now well-known building, where our new “Blickwinkel” daycare center is located, is finally ready for occupancy. For a whole week it was dragged, cleared and set up. On Monday, June 4th, all children and parents got to know our new, beautiful house. Many children and adults were amazed at the large, light-flooded rooms and a huge garden with a view of the beautiful Pegnitz Valley. After the first tour of all rooms, the children orientated themselves very quickly and soon found a place to play. At this point, once again a huge thank you to all helpers, to all parents and volunteers who have so energetically supported and helped us. Written by Doris Bökamp for the “Blickwinkel” team
