Kendrick Lamar: Reactions to "Control"? Relationship with Drake & J. Cole? New album?

For the second time, Young Thug (stream this artist on Apple Music) was a guest on the "Million Dollaz Worth of Game" podcast by Gillie Da King and Wallo267. With the entire YSL gang in tow, Thugger talks about his top 5 rappers - the only condition: They still have to be alive and active in the game. With rappers like Drake, his picks are hardly surprising at first. With his fifth place, Young Thug is having a particularly difficult time.

Top 5 rappers: Young Thug takes a long time to think about it

Young Thug doesn't have to think long about the first positions. He puts his own label Young Stoner Life in first place as a whole group. In addition to himself as the label founder, artists like Gunna and Lil Keed are signed there. In the next few seats he sees Lil Baby, Lil Uzi Vert and Drake. These are all rappers that Thug has worked with several times in the past. But before he settles in fifth place, Young Thug throws names like Future or 21 Savage into the room and praises Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole and Bas as lyrically particularly strong rappers. In the end he has to commit to Kanye West himself. Thugger hilariously notes that otherwise he'd mess it up with someone like Yeezy:

"It has to be Kanye. Oh my god, you don't want to be the one who gets the call from him afterwards. He'd drop an album because he's mad at someone who would normally be on the album. He'd drop an album just so you're not in it. "

("Gotta be Kanye. You don't wanna get the call from him, oh my god .. He will drop an album just from being mad at one n **** who he'd normally have on the album. He'll drop an album on a n **** a **, just so you won't be on it")

Young Thug's last podcast appearance was controversial

Last December, Young Thug was a guest on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast and caused controversy there when he said he had more stadium hits than Jay-Z. Although he retracted his statement in the same podcast episode, this statement triggered a number of reactions on the Internet. Since then, many fans have been hoping for a second episode with Young Thug.

With the exception of Ye, every rapper is represented in Young Thug's Top 5 on the recently released YSL project "Slime Language 2". You can listen to the album here:
