What are the oldest areas in Riyadh

Riad Aicha is located east in the medina, a quarter of an hour's walk from the large Jamaâ el-Fna square. It is the oldest part of Marrakech and has still retained its authenticity and medieval flair. Bab Aïlen, first described in 1130, is the city gate through the great walled city of the medina. Boutouil is a street where life is just as it was a hundred years ago. When you reach Riad Aicha, you leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. Here you are in a modern, but also traditional riad: an oasis of peace and comfort. Our team strives to reflect the hospitality and helpfulness of the inhabitants of the beautiful country of Morocco to make it a special experience. On the ground floor there are two rooms and a living room with a fireplace and library, a heated swimming pool (except December and January) and the kitchen. On the first floor there are four rooms and a balustrade and upstairs is the seventh room !. On the roof terrace there is a Berber tent and a Hammam (Arabic steam bath) for a maximum of four people. There are also two spacious roof terraces for those who can't get enough of Morocco's sun - which is almost always shining. There is a sun room on the high terrace.

All rooms have air conditioning and a ventilation system in the bathroom. Breakfast, which is included in the price, will be served on the roof terrace in a Berber or Mauritanian tent. The three-course meals (Moroccan cuisine) can be served in the patio (Inner courtyard) or in the salon. The Hammam is open from 4 p.m. and can be reserved for 30 minutes. To use the Hammams And also for other extras (for example champagne on the roof terrace or massage) separate tariffs apply. From the riad you can easily explore the city of Marrakech on foot. You can go on tours of one or more days from the riad. We can help you with a wide range of tours. There are also always 2 or 3-day trips through the Sahara, the High Atlas Mountains and other areas. Daily tours go, for example, to Essaouira and Ouarzazate, to the d’Ouzoud waterfall and the valley of l’Ourika. In the riad you can use WIFI (wireless internet) and the wireless printer for free.
The warm water for the shower and the hammam is provided by our environmentally friendly solar system.
